Hello Everyone,

I want to say hi to Richard and Crystal Given. Rich was a good friend of mine when I was working at EA. I didn't know he was in the blog world. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle. Fighting and dying would be the other half, but I am ok with just the first half.

So yeah... snow... yeah wooo!!! I never really had a huge problem living in Abbotsford. Now that I have three feet of snow in my front yard, not so happy with the Abbotsford.

I got my Christmas tree up yesterday. All the lights on it. Ivone's job is to hang all the little shiny balls, garland, and twinkly junk that goes on it. I think there are about 1000 lights on it. I will post a picture when its all done.

I also got all the light on the outside of my house going too. I think it looks pretty sweet for my first year of having a house to decorate. I will post a picture asap definatley before the snow is gone. It looks a million times cooler with the snow.

So baby update.

Monkey 2 is brewing away. I heard the heartbeat for the first time yesterday. I think I have an athlete on my hands. The baby was super active and kicking up a storm. Now for the bad news. Our doctor told use yesterday that the placenta is sitting extremely low within the uterus. Dangerously close to the Cervix. He told us that this sometimes happens, that it all revolves around when the sperm meets the egg, they canoodle for a bit, and attach themselves to the uterine wall. He told us that within a month or so the placenta should move its way more north, but in the meen time, no more sex until the baby is born. Well hot damn. Oh well. It will be just like back in high school :)

Monkey 1 (Emma) is doing awesomely. She is becoming a little terror now that she can stand up on her own. She likes to pull stuff off the coffee tables. Emma just loves the tv remotes. Any chance she can get, she will steal one and stuff it in her mouth.

Here are some pictures:

If someone has any tips as to how I can create thumbnails, and then attach the fullsize links to them, that would be awesome.

I also have Emma's Santa Picture that I will post later. She was so good with Santa, and she had the biggest smile in her picture.

Well that's all for now. I know Cam is probably going to have a heart attack with such a long post.

I hope to get home safe tonight. I do get a ride home in a big 4x4. More snow for Thursday. Hopefully more pictures tomorrow.

I really need to get the new video card for my PC.

Take care

Emma and her Family

Hello Everyone,

So we had our ultrasound today. Ivone was telling me that at the begining of the scan the nurse was called it "the baby". So here is "the babies" this and here is "the babies" that. Half way through the scan my mom went into the room to see the baby and the nurse all of a sudden started saying "he" and "his". So my Mom lost her mind. She was all, "It's a boy isn't it. You just said he." The nurse gave the old, "We aren't allowed to tell you the sex of the baby. You have to wait for your baby doctor to tell you... blah blah blah.", and then she proceeded to smile very big at my Mom, almost winking at her.

So I am about 85 - 90% sure it's a boy. I say Fan-Friggin tastic.

Liam James Michael Herd.

That's going to be my baby boy!!! Hopefully :)

Emma and her Family

Hello Everyone,

I know it's been a while since I posted but I have been busy. First off I am posting from work because my video card at home kicked the bucket. No pictures until I can get a new video card.

Emma is almost 10 months old now and she is a little terror. She is crawling like a crazy person, and she can now stand, and shuffle her way along the couch.

We think Monkey 2 is going to be a boy. Ivone went to the doctor yesterday to get the blood work done for the downs syndrome tests, and the doctor hooked her up to the fetal heart monitor. The baby has a faster heart rate then what Emma had, and our doctor said it will probably be a boy.

We spent most of this past sunday hanging Christmas lights on the outside bushes of our house. I hope to get some pictures up when all is said and done.

So the game i am working on was officially announced. See it here http://xbox360.ign.com/objects/849/849419.html.
I am not a huge fan of baseball games, but this was is pretty awesome. It's a really fun game and I think it looks really awesome on the next gen consoles.

So that is a quick update from me.

Take care.
